Zhouyi is one of the oldest ancient book in chinese history,and its full of sage wisdom. As the ancient official knowledge, Zhouyi contains rich resources of the thinking about State administration and Social management which played an important role in the management of the ancient chinese society, Zhouyi is also be regarded as a classic collection which the ancient monarch and his subjects,scholars could seek for the idea about self-cultivation family unison. State administration, world harmony etc.In this sense, Zhou Yi can be said that the management philosophy of the ancient chinese.Throughout the previous scholars thought elucidation for the management of Zhouyi, we find that it's mostly based on the YiLi of Zhouyi,.But the study method of Zhouyi is unity of XiangShu and YiLi. It's difficult to find the true meaning of Zhouyi bypass the point of view of XiangShu. Because of that,this paper absorption on the basis of existing research fruits,intend to combine XiangShu with YiLi, trying to probe management thinking of Zhouyi ultimately.The foundation of Zhouyi is the Eight Trigrams, which named Qian. Kun. Zhen. Xun. Kan. Li. Gen. Dui, its homologous symbolize eight natural phenomena of heaven, earth, thunder, wind, water, fire, mountain, chak. the Eight Trigrams arrange in pairs with each other can get64Trigrams which means Symbol of a complex variety of natural and social phenomena. As a system,the Eight Trigrams could through a combination of changes to discover the regularity of a large system by search the evolution of small systems. This paper just selects these eight Trigrams to tentative study the management philosophy implication Zhouyi from the point of view.Besides introduction and epilogue, The text of the paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter summarize the relationship between zhouyi&Management, The second chapter discourse managerial philosophy of Qian&Kun, The third chapter discourse managerial philosophy of Zhen&Xun, The forth chapter discourse managerial philosophy of Kan&Li, The fifth chapter discourse managerial philosophy of Gen&Dui..
