Switch Between Paper And Screen

The development of science and technology, the popularity of computer andinternet...resulted in the change of human's life style even their reading style. Screen reading hasbrought challenge to the paper reading that has been got used to by human for thousands of years.Based on the change of reading style, this article has studied and analyzed the characteristics ofpaper reading and screen reading (TV reading, On-line reading, Mobile-phone reading...), thepatterns of graphic design under different reading styles. It searched what the change of readingstyle has brought us and probed the measures and approaches should be taken to deal with thechange of reading style in carrying out the practice and teaching of plane design. The aim of thearticle is to seek the new thought of plane design under the new reading style and to give out adefinite direction for the future plane design.
