As a kind of figurative art, the form, especially the line form in painting has been concernedfor a long time. And the most important problem of the line form is curved line. From ancientto nowadays, the use of curved line is preferred by many painters. But why are those painterschoose curved line? Why they can use the curved line form to create such different expressform? This is the important reason why I choose the expressiveness as my topic. I hope tohave a further understanding to the various express forms of visual art through my analysis onthe different forms and using situation of curved line. Of course it can also do good to the oilpainting practicing.
