Nowadays, the society is experiencing a global science and technology revolution. Because of the technology's direct-viewing, it influence highlights day after day in the social life status and the function and has become the leadership strength which the impetus society develops. However, since half of 20th century, while the humanity's science and technology enterprise has advanced triumphantly and humanity's history is writing glory page of times, the human own survival environment is changing: the nuclear bomb's huge destructive power causes the humanity get in tremble of the technical achievement; The acid rain and industry reject let the human environment be even more frail; The new technology has brought the new of entertainment and communication, while the relationships between human actually even more became estranged...The questions which caused by the development of the human race cause people's reconsidering: which kind of dialectical relations between the technology advancement and the development of the human race? I believe that to theoretically recognize and solve the negative effect question of technology, we must persist the Marxism technical view,depends on the determination to the technical essence and its the attribute, develops the view of historical materialism society, analyze the dialectical relationships between the technology advancement and the development of the human race, then find out the reason of the conflict between technology advancement and development of the human race, and proposes the solution. Through this analysis, hoped to help people understand the relationship between technology advancement and development of the human race in scientific view, and provides theory instruction to persist the Marxism technological development view in the process of construction of the socialism harmonious society.There are three parts in this text.
