Along with the development of economy and affirmation of personal value, the forms, contents and ideas of painting have been changed tremendously. The mode of realistic sketch teaching has already become weak gradually.The foundation of traditional sketch teaching emphasize technique and foundation of realistic painting unilaterally, and it only be treated as a teaching of pure technique instead of art. The value of the art teaching lies in how to develop creative power and individuality, not only just a technique teaching. Different from the circumstance of our country, the forms of the modern art are varied in the West. Artists rely on different art idea to quest for various possibilities, and pluralistic pattern in which realistic, expressing, abstract etc. styles can appear in this field.In order to develop student's creative power, the core contents of the view of the modernism model — deconstruction and reconstruction will be introduced in modern foundation teaching in this thesis. Because deconstruction and reconstruction can provide reasonable and academic method in which an artist can set up a subjective world at liberty, in the meantime it can provide the mode of thinking which break through the restriction of tradition. Introducing the west idea of deconstruction and reconstruction to the foundation teaching will cause the meaning of sketch teaching surmount the limit of 'technique' and change original mode of thinking. It will change the deadlock state of Sketch teaching in China and produce pluralistic painting style.
