Ecological ethics is a new ethics view which people have proposed in the course of solving the ecology crisis. It advocates the rights and the value of the nature, and requires the people to extend the moral sympathy to all the species so that human beings can be in harmony with the nature.In order to solve the serious environmental question, our country has taken different kinds of measures to protect environment, however, the conditions are increasingly worsened. The basic question lies in that environmental laws in China lack of the interior supports of environmental ethics and the people cannot realize the serious environmental question It is badly needed for people to know how important the protection is in the modern times! Only the solution of this question can people take awe of the law and accept them joyfully! At the same times, the environmental laws and regulations can fully display the functions and the efficiency which it should have.The emergence of ecology ethics found the basic standpoint for the solution of ecology crisis, however, the environmental laws which are charactered by human-centered and were established under the thought patterns of home and host have not actually manifested this idea. Therefore, it is necessary to use law to establise one kind of well-around value of ecology ethics. And the relation between the person and the natural as well as the duty of human beings maintain this capacity. In the process of making ecology ethics become law ,the basic points are to make the science and ethics root in the environment legislation and the practice, and to take hold of the two basic rules: the unity between human benefit and the natural benefit and uniformation between human behavior and the existed natural things ,and to show respect to three principle: the rights and values of nature , the protection of ecological environment, and the supports of ecological environment, and think deeply of the former environmental laws from the legislation basic spirits, the maintenance of environmental power . Under these foundations, it elaborates systematically the relation between the ecology ethics and the environment legislation spirits. Moreover, it is the first time to put up with ecology ethics as the basic spirits of environmental law, and propose a series of practice essential way of ecology ethics law. In all, it plays an important role in both theory and practice.
