The Value Of The "red Culture" And Its Implementation

In academic circles, culture seems to be an eternal topic. Inquisition about culture itself and its various concrete manifestations has been ever-lasting. Since the proposal of the important thought of "The Three Represents", people's attention to culture has increased greatly, which is mainly shown by the hot study of the advanced culture. But the academic circles neglected the study before. No matter seen from space and time or logic, our culture should always develop from culture to advanced culture, to China's advanced culture, and finally to China's contemporary advanced culture. We shouldn't limit our view to China's contemporary advanced culture, but take a broad view. We should pay attention to China's advanced culture in history. For instance, China's advanced culture during the New Democratic Revolution — the red culture.Beginning with the inspection to the red culture connotation, this article made comprehensive and systemic elaboration to the red culture — a special cultural shape, from the points of occurrence mechanism, material manifestations, content, characteristics, value and value realization. On the basis of assimilating the existing academic studies, the author thinks the red culture is the organic combination of materials, system and spirits. The formation of red culture consists of four factors from the point of occurrence mechanism, i.e. the main body — Communist Party of China, practice foundation — the New Democratic Revolution, foreign influence — the Marxism and traditional influence — the inheritance and transformation to China's outstanding traditional culture.
