Shen About Literary History Research

ShenYue is the leading literary figure who successively lived from Song , Qi and Liang Dynasties . He is one of the principal founders and core figures who not only led in its era literature trend but also his concept which is creative and rich in imagination has had a far-reaching impact on the literary creation and literary theory criticism in the period and even the subsequent times. ShenYue's concept of literary history is a distinguishing and important component of his literary concept. On one hand , it is bred in the six Dynasties era cultural soil and typically reflects the cultural fact that the concept of the six Dynasties literary history is outstanding. ShenYue's construction of literary history , on the points of in the choice of targets, the determination of the focuses and elements , the sorting out clues, value judgment and so on , reflects the aesthetic character and concepts of literary history and have deep scars of this times . On the other hand , ShenYue's concept of literary history is constructed in the process of a lot of practice of literary creation and theory criticism. It has distinctive characteristics of the individual .His concept of literary history , in turn , strengthens and gives impetus to the literary history consciousness in the period and it further strengthens and promotes the consciousness of literary aesthetic in the period.In the past 100 years' study about ShenYue's concept of literary history is relatively weak. Although some researchers made some discrimination and exposition on the idea and theory of literary history, and research results and research methods are indeed advancing our understanding of his concept of literary history, they often expounded on the "Song shu zhuan Xie Liangyun", and the exposition was in general and brief. Therefore, many issues about his concept of literary histoy have not been systematically researched and the theory has not been clearly revealed. In this paper , the first chapter deals with the carding of the past 100 years of research of ShenYue's concept on literary history and points out the problems lying in the research of it and the research space to be opened up.The second chapter deals with ShenYue's concept of ideology and theory of this literary history and literary aesthetic ideal, the basic premise and value. The birth and formation of ShenYue's concept of literary history is imseparable from his concept of literature and literary aesthetic in his literary creation and theory criticism practice. At the same time, when ShenYue used a certain concept of litery history as a yardstick to construct the concept of literary history , whether in the dexcription and evaluation of targets in selecting objects , or in the emotional attitude towards objects which have already existed and value judgment and value orientation on them, or in the understanding of characteristics and law of the history of literature sources, his literary concept and the literary aesthetic ideal are his concept premise, the logical starting point and value basis. Therefore, in order to gain an appropriate knowledge and better understanding of his concept of literary history , this chapter reorganizes, analyzes, and interprets ShenYue's concept of literature from the point of his criticism theory and writing practice , combined with literary thought and literary aesthetic thought in Southern Dynastices period.Chapter III of the thesis are the detailed analysis and interpretation of the theoretical connotation of his concept of his literary history. ShenYue's concept of the literary history origin and how the literary history changes, and the construction of the classical order of literary history are the basic angle and perspective from which ShenYue observed, thought over and described the literary history and the main content, which together constitute ShenYue's conceptual point in understanding the history of literature, understanding and descriptions of the evaluation. And they are respectively elaborated in these three sub-chapters , which reveals the interlinkages of the theory origins of idea on literary history , its characteristics of the times, jts personality characteristics and ShenYue's own literary practice , concept of literature and literary aesthetic ideal.
