The study explored the relations among perceptions of emotion display rules, emotional exhaustion, personality, self-efficacy and career identity, by surveying a sample of 310 aviation attendants and a sample of 207 students study aviation service. The study obtained conclusions as follows: (1)By the exploratory factor analysis, the perceptions of emotion display rules is consisted of two dimensions, including the perceptions of positive emotion display rules and negative emotion display rules, the Perception Of Emotion Display Rules Scale in Service Industries has clear structure, good reliability, and validity, it can be used to assess the perceptions of emotion display rules. (2) The perceptions of negative emotion display rules has a negative effect on emotion exhaustion, the perceptions of positive emotion display rules has no significant effect on emotion exhaustion; (3) Neuroticism has a negative effect on the perceptions of negative emotion display rules, and through it affect emotion exhaustion; Extraversion, career identity both has a positive effect on the perceptions of positive/negative emotion display rules, and through them affect emotion exhaustion; self-efficacy has a positive effect on the perceptions of positive emotion display rules; (4) Neuroticism has a positive effect on emotion exhaustion; Extraversion, career identity has a negative effect on emotion exhaustion; (5) There are significant influences of age, length of service and education on the perceptions of emotion display rules and emotion exhaustion. (6) There are a significant difference of the factor of the perceptions of emotion display rules between the aviation attendants and students. The results indicate that only the perceptions of negative emotion display rules affect emotion exhaustion, neuroticism., extraversion, self-efficacy, career identity affect the perceptions of negative emotion display rules and through it has effects on emotion exhaustion.
