If getting to the root of the matter, the formation of the East Asia Confucian School cultural circle and Confucianism that nowadays has spreaded in the world can't be seperated from Warring States when the Confucianism was propagated. The period of Chun Qiu and Warring States hold the beginning of Confucianism, which is in the important stage that the Confucian School culture . has spreaded. But the Zhu Hou has destroyed own the books of that time because they thought those books were evil to them. In addition, the long history of the Preqin historical material is an another important cause that has brought about the destroying of them in large amount. Consequently there are many questions of the Warring States' Confucianism which should be answered. The Confucianism produces in Lu Guo in the last years of Chunqiu Period. Formerly, people generally think the influence of the Confucianism spread limits to Zou Lu area, but this was actually a significant misunderstanding, which involves "the breadth","the altitude" or "the depth" of the Chinese ancient civilization and so on the major issue. With the progress of research, especially 1970's massive unearthed materials discovery, we have been provided the unprecedent adadvantage to research the dissemination of Confucianism and related questions in the Warring States time.Since 1970's, a large amount of silk-documents have been unearthed, which give us a good chance to study the propagation of Warring States' Confucianism. Making good use of the unearthed documents as well as the documents that are handed down from ancient times, we investigate the propagation of Warring States' Confucianism. We also seperate the Warring States into three stages:the initial stage ,the middle stage and the later stage. In the initial stage, the Ping Shan San Qi in Hebei province, the Guo Dian Bamboos and the Shang Bo Bamboos which have been unearthed indicate the extensive range of Warring States' Confucianism, which already have spread to a stretch from the north of Wei Guo, Zhong Shan Guo to the south of Chu Guo. Meng Zi and Xun Zi who have roamed the various states in the later stage of the Warring States have expanded the range further that Confucianism spreads. The Mawangdui Han dynasty tomb, Ding Zhou City Han dynasty tomb and Fu Yang City Han dynasty tomb have many ancient Confucian books and records. Because these graves' bury age being in the Xi Han Dynasty earlier stage and the book writing-age has been bound to be earlier than the burying-age , it is very possible that these ancient Confucian .books and records were written in Warring States period and that they might have spreaded far and widely in Warring States period. Therefore they have indicated the circumstance to a certain extent that Confucianism have spreaded in Warring States last phase though they are the Han Dynasty manuscript copy.During the Warring States period , it is a trend that the country reunite together and the nation fuses unceasingly. In this social course, Confucianism blends with other area culture, which make the role that Confucianism plays very - conspicuous. It is the first target for the leud countries to enrich themselves and increase their military force within short time in the Warring States period, therefore Confucianism may seems to be impracticable and inapplicable. But Confucianism has spreaded broadly during the Warring States period and have an important influence to the changing society under the situation that Royal prerogative does not support it. As we know, Confucianism is a philosophy that tell people how to improve his moral level, so we think that the rebuilding of the social order on the basis of morality, attaching importance to the ethic civilization and running after the realization of people's moral value are the most important reason that Confucianism spreads in the Warring States period.
