Network Moral Anomie Research

With the development of network technology and the increasing of the cyber citizens , human beings have formed a second living space "network society" gradually. People can stride over the restrict of space and time, communicate with anyone at any time , any place and in any way . However , when network brings us novel feelings , It also alters the lifestyle and the ways of communication on the aspects of time and space. Human beings have became the digitization's existence , they shift themselves back and fro from the reality to the virtual world , which bring about a serial of problems on network moral anomie.This thesis definit the conception of network moral anomie on the basis of the domestic and abroad situation , according to the degree of the deficiency on network moral anomie , I list three phenomena : the activities of network moral deficiency , the activities of network moral contradiction , the activities of extremely network moral deficiency , and then I explain and analysis each one with the specific cases. On this basis, I sum up the common characteristics on the phenomena of network moral anomie: The range of this action is global , the system of its forming is hi-tech , the subjective determine is differ from culture , the result control is limited. I seek the possible reasons for the network moral anomie on the basis of characteristic analysis: For the lack of his "individual morality" , one has been offseted the "kind" orbit when choose one's morality on the other hand , the content and the structure of network is alterly different with the traditional society, hard to form a effective "heteronomous morality" to restrain the behavior of network moral anomie.
