The Transformation Of Villages Based On The Analysis Of The Main Game Mode

Under the special situation of China's urban-rural dual structure, the problem of "village within city" emerges as a peculiar phenomenon due to rapid urbanization. The large existence of "village within city" not only brings more and more difficult obstacles to the construction and management of city, but also affects the development and the long-term interests of the villagers. In recent years, the problem of "village within city" has been a difficult and important issue commonly concerned by city government, villagers in "village within city" and academics, which brings some scholars from economics, sociology, town planning and so many angles to study the "village within city" and its transformation problems.Based on the previous research, not only the basic characteristics of the "village within city" and inner mechanism of its formation, but also the existing problems in the process of the "village within city" transformation in Xianyang city against to the "village within city" and its transformation status are analyzed in this paper. And then, three different types of transformation programs and countermeasures are brought forward respectively, which are the government-led reconstruction, and the developer-led reconstruction and rural collective dominant-controlled type.Through the initial exploration of "village within city" transformation in Xianyang city, it is believed that jointly operated by government, rural collective and enterprises model for the transformation used in the process of "village within city" transformation of Xianyang City in the western region is good to speed up the urbanization, promote the transformation and the harmonious development of society. In this mode, the government hands in policies, meanwhile enterprises participate in the entire process, and rural collective is the main body.
