Shaanxi Binxian Water North Site Of Yangshao Relics Stage Study

The western of Guanzhong regions is one of the centrals of Yangshao Culture.For the many past years' investigation and excavation, thousands of ancient ruins have been found.Dividing the stages of Yangshao Culture has become an issue which attracted the attention of academic world since the 1950s,when the Banpo site and the Miaodigou site were dug up. After more the 50 years' research, scholars put forward many views on Dividing the stages of Yangshao Culture,such as three stages,five stages,six stages.The Shuibei site is one of the important sites which was excavated recently in the western of Guanzhong regions.The author sorted out the information of Shuibei site and divided it into two stages,each stage could be divided into two shorter stages.Based on the periodization research of this site ,we divided other sites in this region.Finally,we discuss the relationship between Shuibei site and the sites surroundings,then summarized the characteristic of Shuibei site.
