The Yijing site in Taiyuan Basin was discovered in 1953.After several excavations,a lot of archaeological data have been obtained.Although only a brief paper was published,it has already made people realize the unique regionalism of Yijing Site in the late Yangshao Era,and it has proposed the naming of "Yijing type" and "Yijing culture" successively. However,as the number of relics in the briefing is small,it is not clear whether it should be called the "Yijing type" or "Yijing culture." Secondly, there is room for discussion on the relationship between the remains of Yijing and the remains of Baiyan Phase I.Is the remains of Yijing one year earlier than Bai Yan,or roughly at the same time? Is it the two successive cultures or the same culture? This paper systematically combed the late Yangshao remains at Yijing site, analyzed the cultural nature of the late Yangshao remains at Yijing Site, and then compared the Baiyan remains, trying to solve the above two problems. The whole paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the preface, which briefly describes the geographical situation of Yijing Site, sorts out the related archaeological findings and researches in the past, and briefly explains the purpose and significance of this research. The second chapter introduces the late Yangshao remains in Yijing Site according to pottery quality and color. The third chapter summarizes the characteristics of late Yangshao remains in Yijing site and puts forward the name of Yijing culture. The fourth chapter compares the remains of Bai Yan Phase I and makes it clear that both belong to Yijing culture. The fifth chapter briefly summarizes the full text. |
