Since honesty is a complex issues which interferes with lots of areas, Therefore, during the transition period all social problems tend to point to the lack of credit, lack credibility which can be regard as a mirror, It has exposed our comprehensive predicament in the process of modernization. Lack credibility if just from the surface lies which can be solved by in strengthened the moral indoctrination. But the exterior we should pay attention to the transformation of people under the surface , during the period of transition all the lack credibility phenomenon thus exposing the major shortcomings of our system's -- the modern credit system deficiencies ,so as a modern people we must have the freedom personality and responsibility just is can we really develop the modern concept of credibility, but if we want building a modern credit system it must above no the honesty, so we have to re-examine the changes of the Chinese traditional personality and the reasonable of West equality, the formed of own independent personality in Western culture; Therefore, Only at this depth inside, from the perspective of, can we truly get a glimpse of our credibility lost reason and obtained the hope of credit rebuilding.
