Max Weber is a famous German scholar in the late 19~th and early 20~th centuries who researched and wrote many famous works in many fields including history, sociology, economics and law. He raised original and deep views on many study fields in his life. His famous work The Protestant Ethic and Capitalism Spirits discusses the relation between the religion and the development of capitalism and tries to find the origin of modem capitalism that comes from the spiritual powers, that is, his famous theory of Protestant Ethic, which arouses widespread attentions and intensive discussions among scholars come from different countries.It is analysed the rational aspects and limitations of his theory of capitalism spirit and would like to try to give it an objective analysis. In accordance of Weber's limitations, I will demonstrate the practice effects of the Christ churches and the Protestantism sects, which developed after the Reformation as social entities. The practice Christian organization, churches and monasteries played important roles in the reclaiming and economic activities in the late medieval ages. And, the Protestantism put on many effects on society and secular economy, including the promotion of the consolidation of State political powers and the confiscation of church properties, which are beneficial to the strength of labours' abilities and promote the development of capitalism.
