The Standpoint Of Protestant Concept Of Duty By Max Weber And Its Implications For Modern Work Ethic Construction

The interpretation of the protestant tenor and its relationship with the spirit of capitalism by Max Weber,in the face of it the protestant ethic and the phenomenon of the economic development seems to be inconsistent with the facts,trying to reveal the protestant ethic at the beginning of the capitalist spirit form the switchman "train" role,and pointed out that ethical spirit,the cultural pattern of economic development of another kind of driving force,also can say for the study of capitalism or market economy provides a new train of thought.The fact of history also shows that the capitalist style of capitalism has acquired substantial non-religious energy and the reason for the pursuit of materialism in the passage of time and space.Human history has also taken a new orbit.This point of view from Max Weber inspired people to focus on the study of the protestant tenor.In this paper,the work is that: in order to better understand the Max.Weber's protestant ethic and the relationship between the point of view of capitalism,first of all,a brief review of Martin Luther and Calvin in the process of reformation is how to asceticism introduced by the kingdom of heaven on earth,proposes the concept of protestant mission;Second,how Max Weber interprets the relationship between the protestant tenor and the capitalist spirit;Finally,to visit in today's China's modernization process,how to build in the new historical period is to adapt to the modern requirement and professional ethics of the new architecture with Chinese characteristics;We should be in professional ethics construction is discussed how to strengthen the culture,the cultural pattern of economy,the economic model of the important role of importance,and stand in the height to look at our professional ethics construction;To focus on and value the importance of the spirit of awe in the construction of professional ethics;Understanding and enhancing responsibility and integrity are important in the work ethic.Hence,this article also builds its own logical framework from three aspects.First,to conduct research on the protestant tenor of Martin Luther and Calvin,and to tease out the origin and development of the protestant tenor.Second,expand the review and evaluation of Max Weber's view of the protestant tenor,and how later the researchers evaluated Weber's view;Finally,this paper discusses from Max Weber about the relationship between protestant duty concept and the spirit of capitalism,interpretation of its derivation of construction suited to China's socialist market economy condition the implications of the professional ethics of the new architecture,particularly in the professional ethics construction in the process of how to pay attention to and strengthen the relationship of culture and economy,the fear of the importance in the professional spirit and responsibility,integrity,the importance in the professional ethics of the four aspects of knowledge.
