This article is a quantitive survey into Vietnamese students'acquisition of"bu"and"mei"(two negative adverbs in the Chinese language)in parallel comparision , which is based on questionaire.We categorize"bu"and"mei"phrases according to the subjects and structures , and focus on 10 categories. We analyse 95 Vieanamese students'(ranging from beginner to medium and advanced learners)frequency in using negation phrases correctly ,test the results statistically,and study the process of enhancing, declining and expanding in their acquiring of 10 negation phrases. Based on their responses in genuine context, we divide their bias into 3 categories: syntaxical, semantical, and pragmatical bias, and analyse their distribution and forms in negation phrases respectively. In comparison between Chinese and Vietnamase negation adverbs, we find that the negative transfer of their native language, to a significant extend , is influencing Vetamiums students'acquisition of negation adverbs, while how complicated the negation phrases are in aim language , is a significant factor in their level of acquisition .In the end, we propose four suggestions on Chinese teaching in Vietnam.
