On The Socialization Of Individual Morality

Studying individual moral socialization has great impact onconstruction of socialism spirit civilization. This article, started withelaborating conception of moral socialization. Systemly summed,analyzed, compared the theory of Chinese Confucianism traditionalmoral socialization and west, modern moral socialization. Then, on thebasis of above, elaborated individual socialization occurrence,development and realization.Then applied theory to reality, and proposed the issues thatindividual moral socialization facing recently: First, value idea confusion;Second, commercialized social environment and the indifferentinterpersonal relationship; Third, erroneous zone in family education;Forth, deviation in school education; Fifth lost caused by disintegrationof traditional authority.Regarding to the issues happened during the process ofContemporary China individual morals socialization, the author absorbsthe theory of Chinese Confucianism tradition moral socialization andwest modern morals socialization, proposes the following solutions inorder to solve the above issues. First, disseminating elites of traditionalmorals, and absorbing external advanced morality; Second, constructingsocial environment which pay more attention to morals; Third, improvingthe family education, and correcting the wrong ideas "hopes that a sonwill grow up to be successful"; Forth, reforming the school educationsystem, abandoning wrong guidance that "the proportion of studentsentering schools of a higher grade"; Fifth, emphasizing the hierarchicalsof individual morals, stimulating demand of individual morals; Sixth,strengthening the government supervisory control, guaranting therealization of above countermeasure effectively.Systemly elaborating the procedure of development of individualmorals socialization, which have great reality guiding sense on solvingthe problems on the current Chinese individual morals socialization,further more, which has great significant on the aspect of improving allthe people morals quality...
