The justice is a topic which the people often talk about. Fromancient Greece to the present age, the scholars have made differentinterpretation from own sight. However Hume is one of insurmountablecharacters. The prerequisite of understanding the intellicting andemotional moral concept are the basis of Hume's justice. From the originof the justice, the justice only originates from the selfishness and limitedgenerosity of men, along with the scanty provision nature had made forhis wants. The selfish is the original motivations of the justice and thesympathy is expressed their appreciation for justice sources. From thenature of the justice, because the justice is to meet the human's needs ofthe environment and the use of artificial measures or design, Thereforethe justice is an artificial ethics. In Hume's moral philosophy, the questionof property right is the justice of the central content. In Hume's opinion,the justice and the property rights are interdependent and inseparable. Inthe absence of the rule of the justice, there would be no property rights.The justice's role is to enable people to fulfill the three rules of propertyrights and protect people the property ownership.
