We selected the Chinese conjunction bing as object of our research work, try to investigate the rule of automatic identification about bing's grammatical units and its word class, and more, we'll do research work on the grammar of bing's phrase. Through the result of investigation, we'll find out various grammatical rules of bing and bing's phrase by way of quantitative analysisThis paper consists of five chapters.In chapter one, we made all the 365 piece of people's daily of 2000(totally 24,181,518 words) our linguistic corpus data. We relatively exhausted bing's various grammatical unit form which presented in actual corpus data and its different word classes when used in different contexts.In chapter two, based on the research work of chapter one, we specialized illustrative sentence in which bing used as conjunction, and made investigation and quantitative analysis to various components of sentence fore-and-aft the conjunction bing.In chapter three and four, by way of description and inductiveness, we parsed the different instances when the conjunction bing connects words, phrases and clauses, and through quantitative analysis, we made a conclusion about the respective characteristics of bing when it joins to different components.In chapter five, we analyzed the semantic characteristics between different parts of sentences which connect to the conjunction word bing.Firstly, The production of this research will provide a study foundation for natural language information operation. The rule how bing serve as morpheme and word we found in actual text will provide credential for automatic word discretion; The rule how bing's classes change we found in actual text will provide credential for automatic word's class labeling; The rule how bing connects to various components we found in actual text will provide credential for automatic syntax analysis. Secondly, the production of this research work can be used for reference in TCFL(Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language).
