Xiao Erhei Marriage "in Text Form Changes

Based on a true case, Zhao Shu Li created his famous short story--"Xiao ErHei's marriage" .Later, the story was dramatized ,filmized or recomposed into songs. This paper attempts to make a study on the whole process of the story's development into different art forms, and the possible changes resulted from transforming the same "subject matter" into various categories of art in the history of modern literature .On the basis of all these studies, the paper illustrates the relation between the political atmosphere and ideaology of that time.The first part: mainly examing the process the book "Xiao Er Hei's marriage" being written; making a detailed analysis on Zhao Shu Li's research of the true case, his writing motivation and the modification of the case in his book, which is grounded on his standing point.The second part: analyzing the dramatized and filmized versions of "Xiao Er Hei's marriage", which were produced after the book's publishing, comparing these versions with the short story and finding out the differences and the reasons leading to the changes.The third part: exploring the causes that resulted in the changes beyond text. The political atmosphere of the time influenced literature creation greatly.The combination of art and politics strengthened the dissemination of ideaology.From the analysis of the tree parts above,we can figure out the qualitive transformations of a true case in the process of being changed into various text mode.And these transformations are closely related to the modern trend of thought, the characteristics of different art forms and the expectation of the imaginary audience. The integration of the particularities of art and political elements brings about greatly different ideaology of writers in different historical period.The recomposition and dissemination of Xiao Er Hei's marriage went far away from its original truth. From the short story to dramatized and filmized versions, ideaology plays an important role in them and brings an end to the truth .By mass media,Xiao Er Hei and Xiao Qin became household names with greater realistic significance.
