At a time when information is everything, the rapid development of science and technology is providing new opportunities for artistic expression. Widely used networking technologies are simultaneously making art more accessible to more people and driving the development of new methods of artistic expression.Art museums - the traditional emblem of artistic authority - have been historically distant from the common people. Today however - because of these new technologies—art is far more accessible than it has historically been. Therefore, the question of how art museums must adapt to effectively interact with the wider public is the question that I intend to analyze. My research has focused on the exchange and communication of art between the wider public, artists and art museums. Because the purposes behind the creation and appreciation of art have undergone significant transformations, it is logical that art museums will need to undergo similar transformations to adapt to these cultural changes. This is why I chose to use network as the media for my graduation work. Networks -by their very nature - level and equalize the relationship between museums, artists and the public. Modern technology provides unlimited possibilities. The starting point of my work, therefore, is an analysis of the modern dialog developing between museums, artists and the general public.
