The upsurge of YanZhenQing in post-median Song Dynasty can be divided into two parts ,which include the upsurge of Yan's calligraphy and the upsurge of Yan Zhen Qing who was considered as moral model.Upsurge of Yans first came from the requirement of ancient writing on stone in the era of emperor Song Ren Zong and reached its peak in the early era of emperor of Song Hui Zong after the advocate of Shi Man Qing,Cai Xiang, Ou Yang Xiu and Han Qing who are scholar officers and strong esteem of Zhu chang Wen ,Su Shi and Huang Ting Jian who are the second wave scholars. Hence , the high status of Yan Zhen Qing in the calligraphy history was set up .During this course ,the advocate of Ou Yang Xiu and intensive sanctification of Yan Zhen Qing by Su Shi need be paid more attention to .While the upsurge was going on , the fetes and prostrates of Yan Zhen Qing were carried on in folk. It began with the fetes in private memorial temples in the era of emperor Song Ren Zong. and was widen to other temples all over the country. Also the figure of Yan Zhen Qing change from moral model to a god. One the other hand ,the official approval of fetes of Yan Zhen Qing by North Song Dynasty in 1091 proved that the whole society was involved in the campaign of praise of Yan Zhen Qing. From the join between the North Song Dynasty and the South Song Dynasty to the whole South song Dynasty , the Wu Xi stone, which is a culture and political landscape written by Yan Zheng Qing was specially deciphered on the other layer. Government ,scholars and folks set up the high status of Yan Zhen Qing' s morality and calligraphy togethe.
