Ming and Qing Dynasties, China's authoritarian social developed to a period of declinethe after a summit. Authoritarian rule showed significant loosening. The rise of Zen is a a very eye-catching waves in this tide of religion development. Especially in economically developed and densely populated Zhejiang . Zen temple construction is unprecedented scale, Zen monk's activities are also extremely frequent. Studying the geographical distribution of Zen in Zhejiang area and Analyzing its social causes, is an excellent starting point to understand the special politics, economy, military and culture in the Ming and Qing Dynasties . It will Help us to a deeper understanding of the special social status and complex historical roots in the Ming and Qing Dynasties .This paper divides into four parts:The first part discusses the geographical distribution of Zen temple in Zhejiang according to local records of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Getting the Detailed identification of Zen temples in local records According to some clues and reaching the table of the distribution of Zen temples in All prefectures.Part second, the survey results were analyzed. Investing the causes of Zen temples geographical distribution in Zhejiang from all aspects in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, mainly cultivated land, population, political, military, four parts. Particularly in the area of arable land andthe military .In an attempt to bring a unique perspective and to be demonstrated--The Guantianmerger, and that the harassment of the Japanese pirate.Part III analysis the rise after Emperor Wanli and the decline after Emperor Yongzheng. Proving the inevitability of Zen's decline According to the Ming and Qing Dynasties in all aspects of society and the historical roots.The last part sums up the main points and proposes the practical significance of this article.
