Wei Feng, as an integral part of The Book Of Poems stands out for its unique style, but the study on it by historical researchers is relatively weak. Based on this, this thesis makes a comprehensive, thorough and systematic study on The Book Of Poems. Wei Feng. This thesis is divided into five chapters.Chapter One The interpretation of Wei Feng by historical researchers, which is mainly on the interpretation and characteristic of it posed by representative researchers from the West Han Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty and divided into four phases:(1) The period from the West Han Dynasty to the Sui and Tang Dynasties . The representative works about the interpretation of Wei Feng in the Han Dynasty are Mao Xu, Mao Zhuan and Zheng Jian, which interpreted it from either praise or criticize perspective. The achievement of the interpretation of Wei Feng by researchers from Wei to Jin Dynasties is not high. During the Sui and Tang Dynasties,Kong Ying Da's Mao Shi Zheng YI is believed to be the representative, which was characterized by the respect for Mao Xu, Mao Zhuan and Biography and the indication to reconcile the disagreement between Mao Xu, Mao Zhuan and Zheng Jian. (2) The period of the Song and Yuan Dynasties . The interpretations of Wei Feng put forward by researchers in the Song Dynasty featured in its censuring Mao Xu and clarifying idealist philosophy. Among them Zhu XI made the highest achievement and had the greatest influence. The interpretation of Wei Feng posed by the researchers in the Yuan Dynasty basically followed the viewpoint of Zhu xi Shi Ji Zhuan , without noticeable achievements and characteristics. (3) The period of the Ming Dynasty. During the early period of the Ming Dynasty, the researchers interpreted Wei Feng mainly based on the viewpoint of Zhu xi Shi Ji Zhan. It was in the middle and later period that the researchers analysed Wei Feng from a literature point of view. (4) The period of the Qing Dynasty. The researchers interpreted Wei Feng in this period can be divided into two groups:the text research group and the independent thinking group. The former focused on exegetical studies, while the latter on free and original study, appreciation from a literature point of view, gaining high achievements. Chapter Two The interpretation of Wei Feng from the social perspective, which is mainly on the appreciation of the political outlook, social life and aesthetic sense reflected in Wei Feng from the social perspective. Wei Feng, on the one hand, reflected the prevailing political life, on the other hand it also reflected people's love and marriage and the agricultural life of weaving, farming, hunting and collecting. Wei Feng has its own unique emotional tone——indignation and desolation. The beauty of the male and female reflected in Wei Feng mirrors the aesthetic view of the Weis, possessing special local color.Chapter Three The interpretation of Wei Feng from the cultural perspective, which is mainly on the discussion of the influence exerted by the culture in the YU and Shun period and the music culture in the Zhou Dynasty on Wei Feng as well as their reflection in it. The frugal folk customs in the YU and Shun period as well as the rites in the music culture of the Zhou Dynasty, such as ceremonial dress, are all manifested in Wei Feng.Chapter Four The interpretation of Wei Feng from the literary perspective. Wei Feng, as an integral part of The Book Of Poems, has manifested the realism creation method, bestows on, compares, is popular aspects and so on technique utilization and language, sentence type, with rhyme, also has the characteristic very much, achieveing a higher literary achievements. At the same time, Wei Feng displays the affable expression as a whole.Chapter Five The influence of Wei Feng, which is mainly on its impact on future literature in the way of the theme and artistic expression.
