Among most Precious Dunhuang documents, the most arrestive is Bianwen. Bianwen is a kind of iterature that combines speak and say during Tang,Wudai and the beginning of Song. It used spoken language and kept a large among of spoken language. It's contents mainly from Buddhist stories, some from folk stories and historical stories. You can just find it in Dunhuang documents but not the documents handed down for generations. It is valuable in iterature history , especially in history of novel and drama. People have paid special attention to Bianwen since earily times in Dunhuang Studies. In some way, scholars draw great achievements from Dunhuang Bianwen, which broaden the scope for Dunhuang Studies. Research results mainly is the Collection of Dunhuang Bianwen written by Wangchongmin,New Collection of Dunhuang Bianwen written by Panchonggui, The Correction and Interpretation to Dunhuang Bianwen written by Huangzheng and Zhangyongquan in china. You can also find some in abroad. Selected Interpretation to Dunhuang Bianwen (an enlarged revision) written by XiangChu is a new original article. It is concentrately represent essence of Dunhuang Bianwen and good at interpretation. So it is popular with people all over the word. But it can't avoid of slight flaw in a white jade. You won't completely content with it in words, textual research of Non-Classical words, explanations. You can still do something for it. The article mainly in the light of these three aspects. It depends on original volumes, documents handed down and other documents, research results made by senior scholars. I wish my work will do some good to Dunhuang documents.
