| China's folk art puppetry is the important cultural resources, and it has a long history. Fujian's puppetry begined from the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The Late Qing Dynasty is its period of prosperity, divided into North and South denomination , the south puppetry was prevalent in Quanzhou. Figures used by puppetry were hollow body, the heads were carved out of solid wood. Jiang, Jia Zou (1871-1954)– the master of carved puppet head of puppetry, later known as the "puppet" Father, devoted all his life to the puppet carving art.His works established basic shapes of Quanzhou puppetry production, followed by posterity for a long time. In this paper, there are three chapters of exposition, analysis Jiang,Jia Zou's most representative group of works, to summarize Jiang, Jia Zou's modeling method of puppet sculptures art, and to explore Jiang, Jia Zou's Life and Art approach.
