Chinese And Western The Maul Film Ming Class Percussion Playing Technically Compatible And Complementary

In the field of modern musical art, the communication among different countries and regions becomes more and more frequent. As an element of musical art, modern percussion also shows an international trend. Chinese and western percussion art has learnt from each other in various aspects including performance skill, performance method, composing of works, instrument making, professional teaching and etc., while the compatibility of performance skills of Chinese and western skin drums is a highly critical factor among them. This research project applies a scientific analyzing method to clarify the compatibility and complementarity of performance skills between the Chinese and western skin drums in order to make the two parts learn from each other and a better understanding of how to apply to use. This conforms to the developing trend of current musical art and makes a firm foundation to further develop the percussion subject and cultivate high quality percussion talents as well.
