Art Justice Commentary

As the title shows, the focus of the dissertation is on the standpoints or ideas on artistic justice. This dissertation first answers the two questions: what is the artistic justice and what is the artistic justice theory; and then it reviews the standpoints or ideas on artistic justice in the Chinese and Western artistic theory history as all-sided as possible. On such basis this dissertation attempts to compare the differences between the standpoints or ideas of Chinese people and the standpoints or ideas of Western people on artistic justice, analyze the main cause of the differences, and appraise impartially the standpoints or ideas on artistic justice. The author hopes that these foundational work can make valuable contributions to this research field.The text of the dissertation consists of the preface and five chapters. The preface mainly explains the title: The Commentary of Artistic Justice Theory. ChapterⅠreviews the standpoints on artistic justice in the Western artistic theory history. ChapterⅡreviews the standpoints on artistic justice in the Chinese artistic theory history. ChapterⅢreviews the ideas on artistic justice in the Chinese and Western art history. ChapterⅣmakes a relatively in-depth academic analysis of the standpoints or ideas on artistic justice and artistic justice itself.
