With the development of modern economy and the change of economic forms,the advantage of real economy is gradually being replaced by unreal economy.It is in this circumstance that creative industry appears.According to the UN,creative industry accounts for 7 percent of global GDP and grows as an annual rate of 10 percent,much higher than the growth rate of global GDP.Creative industry,relaying on its new industry form and development mode,injects new vitality into the world economy and becomes the most preceding industry in the process of economic development mode transformationⅠ,The significanceCreative industry,as the term suggests,is focusing on creativity and is the result of creativity industrialization.At the same time,the appearance of creativity is supported by culture,and profound cultural connotation is the inexhaustible source of creative inspiration.Therefore the development of creative industry is based on cultural accumulation,and meanwhile helps to enhance cultural competitive power.It provides an effective platform for the culture display.As an important carrier and means for the enhancement of cultural competition,creative industry is now paid more and more attentions by more and more countries.As we know,diffusing culture through the creative products can avoid the negative effects arising from both the hard power intervention in the country relationship and the ideology domination in the cultural communication.With the advance of industrialization and the extension of creative industry in the cultural communication field,new cultural communication mode appears.China is now in an important period of economic development,in which the speed-up of economic development transformation,the establishment of an innovation-oriented country and the establishment of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society have become a national strategy.To implement this strategy the most important thing is to promote the innovation of culture and enhance the vitality of culture.It is made clear in the 17th congress report that we should emancipate and develop the cultural productive forces,we should develop cultural industries vigorously and we should create new cultural productive patterns and develop new cultural mode using high technology.This provides a much broader space for the development of creative industry which is based on culture.From the characteristics of economic development of creative industry,it can promote the economic development and the cultural prosperity simultaneously.This double effect keeps in line with the current requirement of economic development mode conversion and cultural competitive power advancement.As a result,the research on the relationship between creative industry and the cultural competitive power has remarkable realistic significance.Ⅱ,The frameworkWe could simply summarize the logic of this paper as follows.The development of creative industry contributes to the enhancement of cultural competitive power,while cultural competitive power has a deep impact on the development of creative industry. Based on the research on this interaction,this paper trys to elaborate how and in what way creative industry which is of material form promote cultural competitive power which is of abstract form and vice versa.And though the analysis of this interaction, we could obtain the related mechanisms and measures.This is the difficulty and focus of this paper and is also the core which guides the whole paper.In the global perspective and using the development of creative industry and the enhancement of cultural competitive power as a cut-in,this paper can be divided into five parts.First of all,the paper introduces the background and the conception of creative industry,as well as the different status of its development in different countries.Then in the more detailed theoretical studies,we make a category about the theory of creative industry.We also analyze the cultural origin of creative industry in the East and West,which is also one of our innovations.In the second part,we discuss something about cultural competitive power,defining that cultural competitive power in this paper belongs to country competitive power. And by reference to the analysis of different experts about cultural competitive power, we put forward our unique conception.The second chapter also discusses the content, the approach and the status of the development of cultural competitive power in our country.In the third part we make it clear that cultural competitive power is the strong support for the development of creative industry and how this works.We should rely more on the competitive culture to promote creative industry in the international market competition.The third part also points out the status of cultural resource competition in the world market,and lifts the protection of the cultural resources to a higher level. PartⅣfocuses on the industrial support of the enhancement of cultural competitive power.The development of creative industry widens the cultural connotation, promotes the formation of new culture,and becomes an important platform for the culture display.We also want to make it realized that as a new way for cultural communication,creative industry can effectively avoid the strong ideological invasion and make the people from all over the world to accept their different culture much easier.Using the SWOT analysis,the fifth chapter makes a research on the creative industry and the cultural competitive power and put forward a strategic design about this.In this part,we suppose we should base on the creative industry and grasp any international communication opportunity to build the realistic and idealistic platform for our culture.Ⅲ,The innovationFirstly,this paper links creative industry and cultural competitive power.Enhancing competitive power by the development of creative industry and guiding the development of creative industry by cultural competition make the whole reasearch more profound.Second is to make a more systematic analysis about the research and points of views of creative industry,and based on this to give some new definition.Thirdly,orienting to the development of creative industry and the enhancement of cultural competitive power,we find the connection way and the mechanism of the interaction.At last,according to the practice of the development of creative industry in our country and the requirement of the enhancement of cultural competitive power, corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
