Chinese oil painting art has been introduced into china for more than 100 years, and has long been an integral part of Chinese contemporary art. After several generations' hard working of exploring painting and teaching, oil painting now are emerging in China's thriving contemporary scene and move forward to a new height. Oil's achievements marks a new era of significant teaching improvments. Throughout the course of 100 years of Chinese oil paintings, college education played a vital role in realistic Chinese oil painting achievement. In contemporary China, realistic oil paintings is still of the entire education system basement because of long-term teaching, which forms an effective and professional training methods on the basis of ability, skills and knowledge. However, the reform and opening up brought a variety of Western art ideas into China. China's art forms become more diversified. A single Realism art education framework was a breakthrough, Different schools of art styles and art education get equal access to opportunities of free development . Realistic art education get a new more open face. The Chinese art education are into the development of all-round times. At the same time, in today's information age, the value of arts education, the purpose of education and the course content are facing challenge of the new reform against the backdrop of the crisis in a new era. Especially with the popularity of Chinese college education, in the ratio of professional oil undergraduate has increased year by year, but the good works of oil paintings has not increased when the students are increased. Facing a pan-commercialization society, college education need to improve the level of oil paintings and maintain its academic status as well as helping students excluded from all kinds of interference, do research and scholarship, and establish the correct values A sense of responsibility, which need to be explored. All of them impacted the art teaching as realism is the main mode of college education .Oil painting is also faced with many problems and contradictions.The author believes that: as an important part of art quality education, in the face of the increasing diversity of today's highly international competitive, the research of education in oil painting of study and teaching is very important. As the category of art introduced from the West, oil painting in China only about 100 years of history. Materials, techniques, or spiritual connotations are not mature enough. As a result, how to lift the spirit of creative thinking and create a dynamic atmosphere in the classroom teaching, provide students with full respect of the wisdom from the potential of light, to give students the art of open-ended way of thinking, to guide the effective training of students Creative thinking, thinking, teaching both sides of the resonance of teaching art, to promote diversified development of oil painting in China, and so on, become an important subject.This issue is based on today's multi-arts background, reviews the history of teaching oil painting, oil painting on the teaching of the existence of the contradiction with the analysis of the issues and put forward their own experience and a number of proposals aimed at China's oil painting and teaching Revelation in the future development.The first part of the article introduces the subject of this research background and current situation, based on this study explained the meaning and purpose of the proposed basic research methods.The second part mainly reviews oil painting education in China in different historical periods and the development of the characteristics. By research the Ming and Qing paintings and the early 20th century to the founding of the former Soviet Union oil painting teaching system until the current period impact of the four historical periods, we recall painting teaching concepts and focus of the teaching oil painting in China's development context .On this basis, we further discuss the diversification of the arts and arts education background and the idea of teaching painting in the near future.The third part of this article is the central part of the discussion. The author mainly analysis the teaching of the existence of the many contradictions and issues from teaching, teachers, students, and other aspects of oil painting. Such as the teaching of the concept, teaching contradiction, the drawbacks of teaching, evaluation of the teaching effectiveness, misses functions of education, etc. We research Students from areas such as humanities quality into learning inputingand employment.The fourth part is to adapt to the demand of the times for oil painting teaching. For existing confusion and problems teaching, the author gave some of his own thinking and recommendations on seven aspects of our oil painting teaching development.
