The Chinese Government attaches great importance to the development of less populated nationalities. In recent years, CPC Central Committee and the State Council has intensified the work to support the less populated nationalities .Ewenki is one of China's 22 Minorities. Since the 1990s, the Ewenki Liemin village has changed from the traditional hunting to an agricultural production, and the social and cultural of Ewenki also has a fundamental change. Currently, the study on Ewenki Arun County is still confined to the report on the Inner Mongolia minority social history of 1950s and 1960s, prepared by the investigation team report. However, there has no such works on WeeGooch Liemin village yet. Therefore, paying more attention to the study on Ewenki Is conducive not only to the work of less populated nationalities in the nation, but also conducive to the study on Ewenki.In order to make this research continuously promote, I organized a research team and went to Victoria Gooch Ximin village. Through living together, I have a more comprehensive understanding on the Ewenki production and living conditions. Part of the body of my article, with the scientific development concept, the new rural construction concept, building a socialist harmonious society concept and relevant theory , and from the political, economic, cultural construction and social construction perspective, I put forward some very proposals to solve the problems.The article was divided 4 Chapter:Chapter 1 is the basic profiles of WeeGooch Liemin village. From the physical geography, population status, history, social structure, customs and daily life, I introduce the social conditions of the Ewenki village in the new era comprehensively.ChapterⅡare the changes of Liemin village since the policy of hunting prohibition has implemented. Through agriculture and animal husbandry, education, health and other social development, I proved that the production and lifestyle has a great change.ChapterⅢare the problems of WeeGooch Limin Village in the further development. It concentrated in 4 perspectives: the deviation on implementation of national policies; slow economic growth; the loss of national culture; complex social problems.ChapterⅣare the development strategies and recommendations on WeeGooch Liemin village. WeeGooch Liemin village should adhere to the scientific concept of development, abide by the natural law, economic law and the law of social development, and take the suitable road for the national development.
