The Integrity Of The System In The United States And Its Reference To China

FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) is significant for the credit system in the United States. It influences the country's economical life and give the most powerful support to America's credit system and the mature market economy. USA has sum up rich experience in this field. China is striding forward in the market economy , therefore, it is urgent important for China to establish the rules and regulations about the credit system meeting with Chinese-character. In this dissertation , the author suggests that China facing the problems should build up the relevant rules and regulations and its own credit system based on the reality and also with the reference of American successful experiences.The dissertation is composed of three parts. The first part is the introduction. The second part contains five main chapters. (1) credit system and the characteristics of credit ; (2) the credit system in America and the description of FCRA; (3) the origin,development and functions of FCRA ;(4) the characteristics of American credit system and FCRA in the whole system; (5) the suggestions about establishing relevant legal system and credit system to improve the credit market system in China. The last part reaches the conclusion.
