Under the intensely compete of obtaining employment ,students graduated from colleges of vocational education are weaker . Ascending the reason include social course ,economical cause ,and also the students'own personality ,technology for finding jobs and their whole qualities .Because of these reasons above they may have difficulties in obtaining employment .So finding out the reasons why they are difficult to find a job ,the procedure of finding the job and how to deal with the problem will be meaningful for the students to improve the level and quality of the occupational decision and help them to make proper decision on the aspect.The research choose the students of vocational education as the objects and adopt《the self-designed undergraduates commitment to major inventor》written by Wu Lanhua,《the undergraduate's the career self-efficacy scale》by Li Yazhen ,and《College students career decision-making difficulties scale》by Du Rui ,Long Lirong. Doing research on condition and correlations of vocational educational students'professional promise, occupational self-efficiency and difficulty in occupational decisions seem to be meaningful both in theory and in practice .It can not only enrich the theory of psychology about the vocational educational students'professional promise, occupational self-efficiency and difficulty in occupational decisions but also enrich the theory on leading the vocational educational students'job finding procession .The research make up the new model of our working and construct the bridge between psychological research in theory and practice.Based on the analysis on the data from three colleges of vocational education ,obtaining the conclusions as the following:1. There are obvious gender differences on occupational self-efficiency ,the score of boys higher than that of the girls ;However ,there isn't obvious gender difference on professional promise and occupational decisions .Moreover, professional promise, occupational self-efficiency and decisions have no differences on different specialties and families.2. There are two-side positive interrelations between professional promise, occupational self-efficiency and decisions.3.Some elements of professional promise and occupational self-efficiency can be used to predict the difficulties of occupational decisions.4. Occupational self-efficiency makes intermediary efficiency on the influence which professional promise makes on the difficulties of occupational decisions.
