Today we think highly of quaility education.Cultivate students of all-round development, teach them autonomic learning have become an inportant aspect of quality education. Acquisition and application of learning strategies are the keys to study. So the study on the theory of foreign language learning strategies has been booming nowdays.In recent years the domestic and foreign scholars deeply ,extensively study with learning strategies of foreign language.Range of the research refers to various aspects and the results are remarkable.But the study mainly concentrates in English learning strategies, Russian learning strategies'research are relatively few, especially for the elementary education stage. It's true that the research of English learning strategies is very benefical to the Russian learning strategies. But the study of Russian learning strategies must aim at Russian itself and the Russian learner's actual situation.Therefore, the study of Russian learning stratelies is essential to teaching Russian and Russian learners, educators.It is well known that intelligence and nonintelligence fators work together in Russian learning strategies.The intelligence factors relate closely to cognitive process.In this process people form kinds of cognitive capacity and grow wisdom. The system of learning strategies is made up of a number of subsystems. The cognitive strategies are the core components of the system of learning strategies, play an important role.The intelligence factors directly affect on acquisition ang application of learning strategies,particularly on cognitive strategies. The thesis based on the theory of foreign language learning strategies,combined factors and function of intelligence with direct influence on cognitive strategies.Thesis is divided into five chapters:ChapterⅠelaborates theories concerning learning strategies;summarizes the study of current conditions both at home and abroad, then discusses the definition and classification of foreign language learning strategies.ChapterⅡanalyses the factors, afftcting usage of strategies, such as intelligence, nointelligence factors of learners', and other correlation factors.ChaperⅢelaborates the theory of cognitive strategies. first, carries on the definition and classification of cognitive strategies, and then, analyses the role of cognitive strategies in learning strategies, and relationship between cognitive and other substrategies. Finally, makes an analysis of intelligence factors on direct impact of cognitive strategies.ChaperⅣanalyses the results of interview and investigation, discusses application of Russian students'cognitive strategies at the elementary education stage and problems in use, proposes the corrective measure for the problems.ChapterⅤbuilds training steps of cognitve strategies, suited to Russian studying in high school, as well as problems,that we should pay attention.
