At last his thoughts are analogized and commented in the view of modern administration ethic.Mencius was born in Zhanguo era.Mencius absorbed Jingdebaomin thoughts of Xizhou era and Renxue thoughts of Kongzi. He took out administration personality modal-Shengren in the basic of his Tianrenxiangtong thoughts and Xingshan thoughts, as well as the ways to be administration personality. His thoughts take on some specials in the view of modern administration ethic. First it is idealistic which focuses on self-regulating and ignores environment regulating. Secondly, administration personality is affiliated to general personality in the value of Ren. Thirdly, the independence of the administration personality is inactive, compared with the modern administration personality.The research of Mencius administration personality thoughts is important to both theory research and acting.
