Wittgenstein is one of the great philosophers in the 20th century. In Tractatus Logico-philosophicus, he proposed'Most questions and propositions of the philosophers result from the fact that we do not understand the logic of our language'①. This thesis emphasizes the formation and influence of Critique of language. First, Wittgenstein borrowed the term from Mauthner, then based on Kant's schema and unspeakable theory, further developed the logic analysis of Frege and Russell, and finally formed his own Critique of language. Second, we research its process of formation and endeavor to prove that Critique of language is the coherence of Wittgenstein's earlier and later period. At last, we attempt to guide the practice in related subjects with the result of our research.
