Responsibility Interpretation

In view of anthropology the responsibility is the product of communication in nature, is the requirements of the relationship of object to subject. For the subjects, responsibility is not only the premise that subjects advocate rights, but also the basis of being free. The individual only assumes the responsibility, the society can achieve the normal operation and the individual and the society can develop comprehensively. Nowadays, the research on the responsibility has great significance both in theoretical and in practical aspects. The paper was based on the theories of Marxist, fully draw on the results of related research, discussed the meaning, rights, obligations of responsibility, explored the existence, analyzed the types and characteristics, explained the significance in depth, and furthered researched the basic aspects and the cultivating approaches of Chinese sense of responsibility.First of all, on the theories of Marxist, this article explained the meaning, rights and obligations of responsibility on anthology. This paper holds that the so-called responsibility referred to people in reality and formed through the sense of itself, the others, the society and nature bearing the obligations under certain social relationship. Responsibility and rights are dialectical and combined, they can't exist only. Responsibility and rights are different in spite of their connection. Responsibility has its specific objects, but in contrast obligation is in the ordinary ways. Responsibility is a kind of expression form of obligation. Obligation is generalize and abstract of responsibility.Secondly, the paper discussed the humanistic foundation of responsibility's existence. This paper holds that people have the natural attributes, social attributes and the spirit of the properties, for this reason that people in the reality of social relations can become a responsible according. Being existence is the premise of responsibility in anthology. People formed close-knit social bonds through certain modes of producing. The spirit attribute which is human specific is interior reason of responsibility's existence. Social practices, uniquely human skills, are the fundamental premise of responsibility's existence.In the third part, the types and characteristics are analyzed. This paper holds that responsibility contains abundant connotation and striking characters and can be understood in different levels, types, fields and perspectives. Responsibility is divided into the responsibility of nature, society, others, itself and human in accordance to different objects. In accordance with the different contents, responsibilities can be divided into economic responsibility, political responsibility and cultural responsibility. According to the levels of shouldering responsibility, it can be divided into cause and effect responsibility, legal responsibility and moral responsibility. Although the specific responsibilities were varied, they have common characteristics, that is, balance and non-symmetry, utilitarian and super-utilitarian, historicity and times, mandatory and voluntary.In the fourth part, Marxist anthropology in perspective, the responsibility has always been associated with human, it runs through all of human behavior and social practice. the paper elaborates the meaning to human development. This article holds that shouldering the responsibility can highlight the value and meaning of existence and achieve the all-round development. Specifically, realizing the responsibility contributes to the promotion of the ecological harmony, builds a healthy natural environment for human development; realizing the responsibility contributes to the promotion of social harmony, builds a good social environment for human development; realizing the responsibility contributes to the promotion of interpersonal harmony, builds good interpersonal environment for human development; realizing the responsibility contributes to the promotion of self-harmony, lays a good foundation for the individual development; realizing the responsibility contributes to the development of human civilization, and builds a sound international environment for human development. In the fifth part, this paper discussed the basic condition and training ways for contemporary Chinese sense of responsibility. This paper holds that in contemporary China, the responsibility of citizens generally improved, but at the same time, the responsibility is also widespread missing. From the fundamental point of view, the contemporary Chinese people's sense of missing responsibility stems from the lack of difference between the values of responsibility. In particular, in the crucial period of social transformation, it is the lack of sense of responsibility not only economic reasons, but also cultural reasons, there are individual reasons. In contemporary China, to cultivate people's sense of responsibility, first, strengthen the education of Marxist concept, raise awareness of the responsibility; Secondly, improve the distribution system, and enhance the concept of people's responsibility; thirdly, deepen the system of building, to achieve the establishment of binding mechanisms; at last improve the evaluation system to achieve a monitoring mechanism.
