Under the direction of historical materialism, with the help of the domestic and international research results on human in the fields of philosophies and other social sciences, this dissertation brings up the theory of human construction which regards cultivating individuals, harmonizing the relations of two kinds of production-and-reproduction, refining the policies and regulations of the intellectuals' selection employment and mobility, as the objects it confers. The author has made a try to probe the conditions of the contemporary developments of Chinese people and the society, and gives some rational and practical methods. This thesis is divided into seven parts, an introduction and six chapters. The introduction puts forward the basis of the theory, the practical meaning of study, the conditions of the problem, the frame and methods, the logical clue and the inauguration. The research is carried in the background of the social configuration evolvement, the development of the social productive forces, the changes of productive style, the claim of individuals' developments, the international competitive needs of the nation and the trend of the mankind society.The first chapter"the concept of human construction" is brought forward with the introduction of the headsprings of the theory. Its connotation is defined as follows: a kind of behaviors controlled by human to consummate the subject of the society--individuals--according to the personal and social needs. Here the extension of the concept is demarcated into three aspects: moderating the two kinds of productions-and-reproduction, the education and training, refining the systems of intellectuals' selection and mobility. The chapter analysis the motivations come from the needs, social production and the society of economy configuration. Chapter two"the characteristics and regulations of human construction" further enriches the theory. Along the clues of the history and logic and by comparing, synthesizing, integrating the domestic and international complexities, the author concludes "four characteristics, three pieces of rules and four kinds of measures", viz. the oneness of objects and subjects, a kind of social and classical actives, a long period with substantial results and operation mechanism of complicacy; to assorts with the substance construction, to take genius as the core, to submit to the aim of the nation; adhering to the measure of humans, benefits, substances and esthetic, etc.In the following four chapters, the author use the theory frame to explore the rules that the actions of human construction process by comparing the Chinese conditions with the others and the past with the praxis according to the turn of humans production, education, selection, employee and transformation; while draws some tactics and advises to settle the problems which china is facing now. Chapter three "human production-and-reproduction" starts out from the logical jumping-point of human construction-"birth" with the help of the achievements of nowadays Sociology, Anthropology and Demography, etc. In allusion to the problems of great scale and quantity aging structure which are puzzling contemporary Chinese seriously. The regulations of the motions of the contradicts of two kinds of production-and-reproduction are anatomized, and a series of proposals are lodged as well, such as: expending productivity, renewing attitudes, modifying policies and establishing macro-control system. Chapter four"human education"under the guide of Marxism makes a use for references of the relevant research results of Pedagogy, Psychology and Economy, etc. The relations and functions of and between the education with the developments of individuals and the nations are unclosed here. Under the international background, the author compare the nation's education input, the attitudes, the methods between China and developed countries, advises to put education before everything else.
