Case Teaching Model Applied Research In The Business English Teaching

As the policy of reformation and opening of China, especially after China join the WTO, the trend of economic integration made more and more foreign corporations enter China. These foreign companies need applied talented people who both know English and business. But now, many business English specialities of universities put particular emphasis on English language and business knowledge, neglect students'ability. We should develop students to be talented people who own the ability to use English to do the business and analyse and solve problems. Author introduce case teaching mode into business English speciality can achieve the goal. First, introduce the definition of Case teaching mode and its theoretical basis. Then, describe questions of traditional business English teaching mode, expound the Case teaching mode's necessity and feasibility in the business English speciality.
