His works deal with many kinds of subjects, and each of them has its own characteristic. Third, the teaching of bamboo pipe. He devotes himself to the development of Chinese bamboo pipe performance. He has a large number of students, and some of them have become famous in and abroad. Fourth, the innovation of bamboo pipe. He began to study the Equal Temperaments and the woodwind instrument of the west in the early 1970s, and managed to invent the new bamboo pipe. From then on he began to set up the system of performing and teaching of the new bamboo pipe.
