On Yu Jian's Poems " Of " Feature

Yu Jian is one of the most influential contemporary Chinese poets. His poetry ,known as his secular theme and civilianized words, has become a notable feature and caused more influence in the world literature,attracting attentions from world poetry circles.The papers analyses secular nature from two major aspects of theme and language. In terms of the theme, the paper carries out discussion from the perspectives of secular feelings, the missing life of poetry and trivial life details.In the "secular feelings", his poetry puts the traditional themes of love ,friendship and affection between family members back to the level of really daily life.Then from the secular level ,the poems rediscover their true intention .In the section of "the missing life of poetry",a completely new exploration in the field of poetry by Yu Jian is focused on,that is ,lots of life phenomena ,which used to be too trivial for poetry writing to notice ,enter his poetry ,and are endowed with new feasible meaning. He advocates refusing to use metaphor , consciously deconstructs the meaning of Chinese systems, and abandons revealing of the truth of things caused by social ideologies and cultural heritage.He expresses his cherishing and respect to the truth of survival and daily life by means of planely cold lyric, eliminating strongly subjective lyricism and grand narrative concept, changing cognitive style and narrative approach to real life from literature.Poems by Yu Jian greatly expands the field of performance poetry , enriching the expression arts of poetry.
