During the two world wars, the relationship between the Soviet Union and Turkey is a typical in the development of international relations. Its overall foreign policies between the two countries have had a far-reaching impact. However, the domestic research in this field is relatively weak, especially under the influence of the Bolshevik Communist Party of Turkey, the research is very little on its trajectories, There is no books in china is to discuss the relationship between the two countries in this period. Therefore, the study of the relationship between the two countries has practical significance.The full text is divided into preface, text and conclusion. The body is divided into four parts.Chapter I of this article analyzes the background of the Soviet Union-Turkish relations which get close to each other. After the October Revolution, The Soviet Union was faced with tough international situations. The nationalist revolution that was headed by kemal also broke out in Ottoman Empire. The United Kingdom and Greece began to interfere the revolution of turkey. In order to resist the imperialism, the two countries consolidated. Special needs in special period made them get close to each other.Chapter II describes the development of the relationship between the Soviet Union and the Kemalist government between the two world wars. In this period, the revolution headed by kemal broke out, the Soviet Union gave them much material assistance and moral support. Finally, Turkey won the struggle against imperialism and feudalism. In the Turkey's domestic construction and economic development, the Soviet Union also gave a great assistance. The Soviet Union ensured its southern flank security by developing the friendly relation with Turkey. However, because the two countries were in dispute on Armenia, the Black Sea and other issues, made the conclusion of the friendship treaty between the two countries very difficult. But under the grim international situation, the two countries gave away each other, and eventually reached the Treaty, and achieved Communication and co-operation in various fields. Although after the meeting of Lausanne, the relationship between the two countries became alienated, as a whole, the relationship between two countries during this period was relatively stable.Chapter III analyses the influenced of the relationship between the Soviet Union and Turkey by the communist movement in Turkey. The start up of the communist Party of Turkey are under the influence of the October Revolution, it is loyal supporter and follower of Soviet socialist revolution, their aspirations is complete the revolution to against imperialism and feudalism in Turkish. But it different with the Bolsheviks, they could not carry out the socialist revolution in Turkey, to seize power, and even did not play a useful role in Turkey's political arena, because it has been regarded as a opposition political party. This is not changed because of the good relationship between the Soviet Union and the Kemalist government.Chapter IV analyses the influencing factors of the Soviet Union and turkey relationship during the two world wars. Two military feudal empires had hostiled several centuries, what makes them give up the history hatred and started cooperation? This affected by many factors, one of the important factors is the common requirements to object to the British-led armed intervention, and the common interests in Strait region is the ties to maintaining the relations between them. However, the differences on ideology and way of thought also hindered the further development of relations between them.
