In this paper, on the basis of exactly calculating the characters appearing in Han Shu,Hou Han Shu and Shou xiang, Bo Shi and private doctor according to materials neatened by scholars of the Qing Dynasty and modern times, utilizes researching approaches of multi-subjects and comprehensively researches the factors that influenced the regional distribution of characters in the western&eastern Han dynasties of the central plains and the effects of the regional distribution of characters on the western&eastern Han society.Firstly, the figures of the zhong yuan during the Han Dynasty showed the geographic distribution of the main following characteristics: 1, During Western Han Dynasty period, the Henei and Dong county in the north of zhongyuan Region, Luoyang and Liang Country in the Central of zhongyuan, Nanyang County in the south of zhongyuan were three roads which connected Changan and Qi and Lu area, the distribution of population also focused mainly on these three areas.2, the distribution of population focused on transport and economic developed county. 3, Because of the impact of local customs, people showed different types Since the Warring States Period. Such as Nanyang, Yingchuan, People prescribing law were most; and Leung Kwok-Ming, the number of professors and scholars were more than the other area.The figures of the zhong yuan during the Eastern Han Dynasty showed different characteristics: 1, a large number of figures increased, and the geographic distribution was more extensive. 2, The geographic distribution of the figures in all provinces and states of the Central Plains into the mass took on "T": the Henan Yin and ChenLiu County were lined on the east to the west direction, from the Nanyang, Runan and Yingchuan County to Luoyang were lined on the north to the south direction, almost two-thirds of the figures in this line.The geographical distribution of people was extreme imbalance: central and southern relatively concentrated,a significant decline in the status of the north-west region.3, In the Eastern Han Dynasty, many of the figures came from the same family, have led a lot of Family Group and Celebrities, which promoted the formation of the Powerful family ,and Laid the foundation for the Menfa system.Secondly, the factors influencing the regional distribution of characters in the western&eastern Han dynasties of zhong yuan can be divided into three aspects including economics, politics, cultural education. Economically, agriculture foundamentally decided on the regional distribution of characters in zhong yuan during the western&eastern Han dynasties. Good geographical positions and convenient traffic, natural disasters and changes of climate could also greatly affected in large scale. Politically, the selected system also had great influence, but relatives of emperors' wives and the ministers with great power had great influence,even would made decision sometimes. From the angle of culture, social customs of different places could produce important influence on the regional distribution of characters. The communications and spreading of culture were significant factors affecting the regional distribution of characters. Education was good or not, also the important ruler to measure the situation of the regional distribution of characters. The influencing factors narrated above were interactional and founded the framework of the regional distribution of characters the western&eastern Han dynasties of the zhong yuan.Thirdly, the framework of the regional distribution of characters in two-han dynasty of the zhong yuan brought great effects on social relations, social culture and the development of social economy of two-han dynasty.
