Jin society was in the huge transformation time of Chinese feudalism history. There were many people in the Jin rule area, and social development was not balanced, Nvzhen's feudalized advancement was also very complex to the impact of the social status of women. Throughout Jin women's social status, its change involved politics, economy, education, law and so on various factors which restricted and influenced women's social status. The political status of women in Jin Dynasty manifested the premise of women social position. The female played the important role in the political realm in early Jin Dynasty, Nvzhen society had also been the residual effects of a matriarchal society. The legal status was the protection of the social status of women which included property inheritance, personal safety, the status of home, divorce, remarriage and so on to maintain the benefit of women, it indicated feminine legal status that had great enhancement. Education was the basis for the social status of women, women through the literate study had realized a more open world, women expressed their happiness and sadness through literature, and that had important effect to women's values and outlooks on life.When Jin entered the feudal society gradually, in order to the maintenance imperial authority and the feudal social class, rulers stepped up the promotion of the scope of the Central Plains and propriety. The social ideological trend praised to feminine chastity and deference Confucianism standard, women which from the upper ruling class to the lower class were received the feudal ethics and rites imprisonment, restricted upper-class in politic affairs, honored their elders, praised chastity and so on. The Nvzhen feminine political rights had suffered suppress, lack the powerful economical support, the suppression in the culture realm, made the Nvzhen women which had great freedom at the beginning and became the victims of the feudal principles.
