The development of philosophy is continuously understanding the rational concept, or the process that he rationality continuously goes deep into itself. Therefore, since Greek philosophy, each philosophy represents a kind of rational view, meanwhile, each philosophy has the inevitability and inheritance as the same rational concept at different logical stages, the philosophy of Kant is no exception. In this sense, the essay traces back to the theoretical origin and the thought background of the transcendental rational concept of Kant, holding and understanding the principle and the problems of the philosophy of Kant in the perspective of the philosophical history, thus showing the charm of the transcendental rational concept of Kant and the influence and the limit of the transcendental rational concept of Kant in the perspective German classical philosophers held into the rational concet. The essay reveals the transcendental rational concept of Kant and distills the different transcendental connotation in the rationality itself through distinguishing and defining the rational concept of Kant, the rationality and the sense, and thing in itself, which, in the field of epistemology, lead the sense to the sovereign unity of the knowledge and "the regulating use"; and in the practical field of moral, moral suject,as the existence of rationality, makes the law for themselves, thus formulating the practical principles acceptable for all the will of the rational existence, voluntary compliance, that is, the "will self-discipline" of Kant.
