| Ka-Gyu-Pa, one of the major Tibetan Buddhism denominations, owns a long history, various genres and a large number of Nazarites. Generally, its genres are known as"4 big 8 small". During Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties, Ka-Gyu-Pa eminent monks came forth in large numbers. And these monks kept a frequent contact with the central government at that time, which produced great influence in inland areas.Marpa is always taken as a legendary founder of Ka-Gyu-Pa. Although he was a religion founder, he married and had seven kids. In addition to preach, he engaged in business and farming as well. He had numerous followers, and one of his four major followers was Milarepa who was well-know in Tibetan areas for his great achievement gained by penance. Marpa had been to India three times and stayed there for as long as 20 years in all, learning collection of Father Tantras,Hevajra of Mother Tantras, and Mahamaya from his masters Naropa and buddha-putra Mazurpa respectively. What's more, he created Mahamudra and Six Yogas of Naropa which were very unique.Ka-Gyu-Pa took Marpa as a born founder of buddha. Since he wandered between the layfolk and monks, his preach inevitably mixed with Buhadism and the profane together, which is extremely rare in Tibetan Buddhism. To some extent, all Tibetan believe religion. Therefore, Tibetan ethics are influenced by religion. Religion ethics and the secular share the same joint, but the conflict between them is evident. In this sense, it is very significant and helpful for today's socialism ethics construction if we know how to balance the relationship between the two.
