| Starting from reunified Germany's United Nations policy formation and overview, this paper introduces the contents of the German United Nations policy, and focuses on description and analysis of characteristics of the German United Nations policy and its evolution of dynamics, and makes a conclusion about reunified Germany's United Nations policy.Due to the changes in the situation at home and abroad, in order to adapt to this situation, the reunified German made the corresponding adjustment. With Germany's increasing power, in order to maintain its global interest, it has been seeking to establish at political status which can match its economic strength, and trying to play an influentially political role, in the international community.As international social security and world peace's crucial authority, UN played an important role in shaping the international society of the rules. Therefore, to Germany, United Nations is most ideal platform. The German government hopes that through participating and supporting the UN's work, it can realize its destination that becoming the important political powers. However, everything has two sides. Although since reunification, Germany in the United Nations played a function which drew worldwide attention, and obtained a certain achievement.
