The Geneva School of aesthetic interpretation domain takes part in the aesthetic practice of literature and art at the direction of Critical Consciousness theory. On the traditional background of phenomenology, hermeneutics and romanticism, Geneva School interprets the key of aesthetic interpretation that readers should relax themselves and take part in the thinking with writers and then reach identity. At the first part of this paper, we mainly describe the composition of Geneva School and the origin of Critical Consciousness theory; At the second part of this paper, we concern the aesthetic interpretation process of Critical Consciousness theory based on the description of critics in Geneva School; At the third part of this paper, we compare Critical Consciousness that is used in the history of aesthetic interpretation with other paradigms, describing its unique explanation attraction, which display the unique operation mechanism of aesthetic interpretation in Critical Consciousness.The aesthetic interpretation in Geneva School, theory of critical consciousness, possesses important position in the whole history of western aesthetic interpretation. This theory pays attention to pure consciousness, controls subject intersex, interpretation cycle and ontology, which is scare in literature and art criticism history. All this is meaningful in aesthetic interpretation domain at that time and future. The theory about aesthetic interpretation in Geneva School not only promotes western aesthetic interpretation theory but also greatly makes progress in China aesthetic interpretation theory.
